My experience: a snapshot
Over 20 years experience as a website producer, digital project manager, web ‘master’ and content editor - in TV, advertising, renewable energy and public services. I’ve worked in agencies, clientside and freelance.
2016 - Completed an MSc in HCI-E at UCL.
Since 2015 I have worked as a User Research lead, implemented UX research processes, trained/mentored teams in research methods and designed and carried out research projects for a wide range of clients.
